  my husbandwas in their on the fifth floor the nurses were very rued did not answer question never seemed to know what was going on response tp patients calls took 20 mins or more very unpleasant experience their response to why the specialist had not come was a mix up he never got the consult after two days but the resident said she just talked to him and he would be their that evening got these answer only because he said he wanted to go home yhey told him he could not leave his medicare would not pay for the care he received they were wrong I called medicare and talked to them. when he was leaving they were so angry they took out is iv and cather said sign this form and you ae free to leave no assistants in helping him to get downstairs or anything this is how you are treated if you do not follow what they want you to do changed his meds as well lowered hid bp meds took him off his pradax no explanation except it was what the doctor order their doctor not his cardologist he has a pacemaker no regards to this

  Took my granddaughter there today. Her nurse and doctor were very nice and made accommodation s for her she's 9 months old. However she was put in room 9 with a man who was coughing bad. She had a high fever already but the admission lady finally got a mask for them both. But what was very bad was the condition of the bathroom s. The women's was gross and the doors to stalls won't close. The men's had no working urinals and the one toliet that worked had 4 doctors waiting in line. My husband was waiting also and not 1 of them flushed or washed their hands. Unexcusable just nasty
